Sam showed me around the carpets before cleaning, pointing out which stains he thought would come out and he mentioned one stain in particular may struggle. He was right ... after cleaning, the one stain he mentioned before was the only one left. He said he will try something else on it and would try his best. He spent 30mins on just this one stain alone and it looked miles better after. I'd say about 85% better and hardly visible. What a credit this guy is to the company and I will be using them again, no doubt.
