This bully doctor intimidated me stating that I didn't have Neuropathy, and accused me of being an alcoholic and that's why my feet and legs burnt when I called him out and said there is no if and or butt about it I have severe neuropathy my feet burn 24 seven he then had the clinic send a certified letter Saying that the clinic no longer wanted to have me as a patient. This is bullying intimidation and retaliation against a Disabled at risk senior Adult for speaking up against his bullying. This is unacceptable -10 stars.

The billing department, however, is horrible. I took my son in for a visit on 3/31/2021 and when the visit was completed I asked if there was a copay and was told no. Now a month later we received a bill in the mail for the $20 copay along with a $5 statement fee. Sure $5 is not much, but they were incorrect in saying that there was no copay due at time of service. Not wanted to pay a fee for something we were not responsible for, my wife contacted the clinic and spoke to Joely who claimed to be the manager. Joely was rude. She also claimed to have sent out a previous invoice for the copay but the alleged invoice was never received. She refused to acknowledge their error in not accepting a copay at the time of service when we tried to pay it. It is too bad that this otherwise fine clinic can be so thoroughly ruined by the incompetence and rudeness of a single person.
