I can honestly say I feel the same way once we purchased a home. We purchased a new construction home and Robin is sticking by our sides and working through all the warranty issues. In my past once a deal is done so is the agent but not Robin! Highly recommended!

The Robin Group is a good and efficient team. We always felt that we were in good hands and that everything that could be done was being done. When a problem did occur, they responded in a positive and calming manner. Their marketing plan was well thought out. It was obvious, that we were not going to be inundated with uninterested weekend lookers. Their plan targeted serious and qualified buyers. Also, after each showing, they kept us updated. One would be crazy if they hired anyone else. The Robin Group is a 15 on a 1 to 10 scale!

I truly hope we do move out there because Renaldo will DEFINITELY be our Realtor for ALL of our realty needs (we plan to buy near Greenville and also a lake house on Lake Keowee if we move out there). Renaldo is also VERY genuine, low pressure, oh and super friendly and funny. I feel like I've known him for years and it's only been hours. He's like that. I almost wish I didn't write this A+++ review because we want him all to ourselves, but we want him to thrive as he certainly deserves it. We NEED more realtors and people like Renaldo! I'm not a mom, but it's discouraging to see Kiersten brand herself as a "real estate mom". Poor moms out there...I wouldn't want to be associated with her. At multiple points, her communication crossed from unhelpful into mean-spirited and unprofessional. No guidance, no advocacy, no effort to explain the process -- just sarcasm, impatience, and an extreme lack of professionalism. If you're looking for someone who will represent your interests, communicate clearly, and treat you with basic respect, look elsewhere. There are plenty of agents out there who actually understand customer service. This one does not.
