Our septic tank backed up into the house. It was right before Thanksgiving and we had a house full of guest coming. At 9am we called Friar's. Mackenzie arrived not long after 1pm. I called Friar's to have my septic pumped (regular maintenance) and they had someone out the very next morning! For a non-emergency during the holidays, I didn't expect such a fast turnaround. We missed two separate days of work because the technician asked us to reschedule. The second time he said he couldn't do the job. When I spoke to the owner he cussed me because I stated that I was upset about losing two days of work. He should have stated the first time that they couldn't do the job so we could have gone elsewhere. I am out two days of work and still don't have my septic tank pumped. read more
