I can't say enough about Chris and his staff. I originally got my fiancée's engagement ring here a…read moreyear ago and was stressed beyond belief about the entire process. The staff went out of their way to get to know my fiancée's taste and help me find the perfect ring for her. Better yet, I got the custom ring I ordered in less than two weeks! Fast forward a year and I receive a text message from Carol inviting us to come in to look for wedding rings. We both picked out wedding bands that following weekend and my fiancée ended up getting mine for half off! We are both very picky, so the fact that we were in and out (with a free engagement ring cleaning) in under an hour was impressive to say the least. COVID-19 caused them to close their locations before we picked up her ring. I was extremely worried about getting it with the impending stay-in-place order, but Chris (yes, the owner) actually went out of his way and met us at the closest store to hand deliver us her ring without hesitation! I highly recommend Christopher William Jewelers!!!

The first set of rings I bought I decided I didn't like after all and they were happy to let me trade them in for a whole different set. Recently I had them remove and re-attach all the charms on my bracelet which turned out great. For Christmas I received a new charm, when I went to have it attached, they did it within a few hours so when I returned it was completed. I also left my rings to be cleaned, I had other rings I hadn't purchased from Christopher Williams, but where I had them cleaned did a terrible job. I mentioned it to Tess, and she kindly took them and cleaned them for me. I appreciate the extra mile Tess does and the customer service I receive. Thank you.

I had it since I was a child and the winding mechanism was broken. My hope was to have it fixed (if possible) and give it to our grandson who was embarking on his own music journey. I luckily found Steve at TDM via a Google search and he was beyond wonderful. His communications were always prompt and informative. He requested photos and immediately wrote back with an estimated cost range to repair it (subject to actually taking it apart). I shipped him the unit and he responded immediately upon receiving it. The main spring was broken and the original part was no longer available, but he was able to repair it using a spring from a different metronome. The repair cost came in within his estimated range, and he shipped the unit back to us fixed within 24 hours of receiving it! We paid $35 and a $10 return shipping fee via a PayPal link on his website (he has other methods to pay as well), and we got back a 60-year old antique metronome that runs like new. Thank you, Steve! It was so nice to work with such an honest, reputable person as you and I'm leaving this review to let others know their repair needs are in good hands with you!!
