Last night they helped me even though I got to the door three minutes past closing time. My dog needed some mite shampoo and they could tell that treating her ASAP was important to me. I really appreciate that. My German is poor but the staff has always worked with me communicate in a mix of German and English. Great store. Great staff. Thank you.

I really only went in for a cat scratch post but I was surprised and overwhelmed with all the options and how much of it was quality above and beyond what you'd get in the states.
