We were visiting Prince George for my son's Taekwondo tournament and ordered pizza after a long 8 hour drive up. Not only was it a super quick delivery, but they brought up napkins, plates, and cups to our hotel room! First time in my life ANY pizza place has done this. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this franchise to hotel guests. They go the extra mile.

I've stopped going since the last view times I showed up right around 5:30pm (you know, supper time) and they had basically nothing ready to offer. And what was left looked and tasted like it had sat in there for hours. Dried out and gross. The staff aren't very friendly either, they are more interested in taking phone orders and literally stopping mid-sentence with a customer standing at the counter. If I want cheap pizza quick, there's a Little Caesars a block away. I'll go there.

This is a tough review to pen, as our experience overall was not up to par. The restaurant has…read morequite good reviews, but there seems to be a penchant for forgetting about their customers somehow. That's exactly what happened to us this last week. We got there a bit before 8 a good hour prior to them closing. There were maybe five or six tables at various stages of service. We were quickly seated, given waters and menus, and then forgotten for 20 minutes. We finally asked the other server, who I believe in one of the owners, if we could order. Our server came over quickly and apologized profusely, but the damage was done. Our martinis came quickly after we asked for them as did our Caesar salad, which initially seemed too garlicky, and was in fact not. I ordered the Veal Parmesan while the lovely K had the Sun-dried Tomato Fettuccine. It came as advertised, but was not what she was looking for, certainly not the fault of the kitchen. My veal was somehow a bit chewy, and had too much breading and cheese on it. The in-house made pasta (as they all are, kudos for that) was nicely done, but the protein overshadowed the sauce. The interior is nicely decorated and there is a patio area there for the nice days. The open kitchen is a favourite of ours, but it also exposes any issues that may be going on. All in all, it was not a good experience for us, but mistakes happen and we would give them a try again, as K had a good initial experience. That's the reason we went there, and one bad evening shouldn't end it all. Nice restaurants are not plentiful in PG, so everyone deserves to drop back and punt very occasionally.

They also have a very nice patio and I hope we could have taken our dog Avery out there. Anyhow we decided to eat indoors due to it being a bit chilly. The service by Angie was great and we really enjoyed and liked her company. She said her long range goals were to be a vet, so we introduced her to our dog. She was so nice and gracious. The food we had was top notch and enough to take with us. We had the beet salad and the goat cheese was so good, as were the fresh beets. It also had walnuts, another of my favorites. Then we had the shrimp appetizer, which was perfectly cooked. It's similar to a scampi. My husband got the lobster ravioli and the actual ravioli was so good and did not skimp on the lobster. The Viognier I got paired well with the shrimp and my husband got a Chardonnay he liked very much. Far as any suggestions I have to simply make each dish really stand out, I would have a vodka sauce with a bit of tomato flavor on the ravioli, which would help with not overpowering the delicate flavors of the lobster. The sauce was very tasty however, but a bit much for the ravioli. I would also toast the walnuts for the salad. Those are my honest suggestions as a foodie. You could also put suggestions on the menu of wine or even beer pairing with the food. It would enhance the flavors and increase sales. Overall well done in terms of meeting my expectations.

It's also a little on the dark side so you find yourself angling your menu for some light to read it. But, all this said, it's a popular place - reservations are recommended on the weekends. Fortunately, we went on a weeknight so we're seated right away. Service is friendly and efficient. She brought us our drinks and took our orders right away. I ordered the NY Strip, "Gaucho Style," which comes blackened with Parmesan-garlic fries, roasted veggies and chimichurri sauce. The steak was cooked to medium and was still tender and delicious. The "blackened" seasoning was perfect for the steak. The only drawback was a long, tough tendon running the length of the cut. Everything else on the plate was exceptional. The fries were crispy, hot and full of flavor. The roasted Brussels sprouts and broccoli had a nice char to them and likewise flavorful. I got to try my wife's baked salmon. It was moist and tasty. Unfortunately, the accompanying honey-lemon-dill sauce was a bit too sweet. Again, service was above board. We were checked on often, my iced tea glass was filled without the need to ask. Prices are slightly higher than expected but reflects current price increases all around.
