He came right out, checked everything out and gave us an itemized price. We asked for quotes on power washing (soft washing), roof cleaning, window cleaning in and out, and gutter cleaning. I love when one company does it all! When he came to give us a quote, he said our roof didn't need cleaning. He also said he wasn't so sure our gutters would need a lot, but we had seen some signs that they might be clogged in a spot or two. He agreed to take a closer look, but said he'd prorate the amount if they didn't all need cleaning. So right from the start, he's earned my trust - when someone voluntarily tells you work is not needed, it goes a long way. It's very honest and that's the type of person/company that I like to give business to. He sent the estimate via email in a timely manner. We agreed on a date to complete the work via email, he sent email reminders, and he came on time as promised. He was onsite during the entire job and brought one additional person to assist. Powerwashing (which is actually properly called softwashing): came out great! They did that first before the windows. Gutter cleaning: I heard and saw him up there but at the end he said there wasn't much at all that needed cleaning, and didn't charge us anything. But he must have done something because we are no longer seeing the evidence of overflowing gutters that we previously saw. Window cleaning: we opted for the in and out service, which included our skylight and a foyer window that we haven't been able to reach in the 9 years we lived here! They removed the screens outside and replaced them. When they came inside they wore bootie shoe covers and masks. They did an amazing job, our house has never been so clean. I will definitely use them again in the future, and would recommend all of their services if you live in their service area!

Because they are so skilled, they get booked up far in advance so make your reservation now! They arrived in a timely fashion, and set to work. They were very gracious even though I had forgotten to clear the windowsills and put up the blinds. And the windows are spotless!! (They also remove and clean the screens, and clean the windowsills. I am totally perplexed by the good ratings. I was not going to review - but since I have written…read morethem twice to no avail, I feel I must review. 1. Could not clean a few windows because they could not open - maybe the fault of my old house, so will give benefit of the doubt. 2. They definitely did not do the sills. 3. ****** They took took out my dirty window screens and PUT ON MY LIHJT CARPETING! They apologized - but that didn't really help! Literally like 10 filthy lines on rug 4. This is the worst - one of the guys broke the cord on my dining room pleated shade..I did not realize it until after they left..the shade was rolled part way up the window when they got here..after they left it was down..so I went to roll it back up..and TORN CORD! He had to have known he did it - but not a word to me! Pretty disgusted:(

A few years ago I contacted them to clean my gutters but also install gutters on my garage. They sent me an estimate electronically, I signed the contract and they did the job shortly thereafter. Aside from the clean (and new) gutters, you wouldn't have even known they were at my house. This year I needed the gutters cleaned again and didn't hesitate to contact RIO. Oh and RIO sent me a reminder via email, reminding me that I should get my gutters cleaned but also giving a list of their other services (power washing, roof washing, tree services). Again I was able to engage them via their website, received the quote quickly, approved it, scheduled the date. Well the date came and they guys didn't come out but Gabriel called me saying that they got hung up on another job and it was getting late and dark out and he said he didn't want them to do my job in the dark (makes sense). He said that the guys could get hurt or miss some clean up. I appreciated that. A quick reschedule occurred. I really, really dig the electronic contract, quote, appointment and such. That's my kind of contractor. Check them out. I think you'll hire them too.
