It was a rocky start (he wasn't used to seeing others besides his dad and myself) but it only took a couple of sessions for him to love seeing Chelsea and participating actively during the session. Not only has his speech improved (we started with less than 5 words and were at 50+ after only 8 sessions!), but he's also improved in socializing with others and playing with toys appropriately. Chelsea was able to determine his needs quickly and plan out sessions specifically tailored to him. She is a true professional and has been great with communication and accommodating us. The plantar massage seems to relieve some pain right after so I'm definitely looking forward to the next appointment. The office is on the 2nd floor of this large building next to Osaka buffet. The place was smaller than other rehabilitation facilities and a little older as well, but it was packed with patients. We didn't have to wait long, a little over 15 minutes including the time to fill out paperwork. The scheduler was helpful and quick.
