Although the crew had promised to stay a day, they left after three hours for other engagements
15 minute breaks were taken every hour
Workers were on their phone a lot
We pitched in and helped, as progress was extremely slow
The bill was 3 times the actual amount
The owner took the total hours of all the workers combined and multiplied it by all the workers rates combined. So if each worker worked 10 hour at $25 per hour and there were three workers, this would be 30 hours at 25$ equally $750
The owner took the total hours of 30 and multiplied it by 75$ making it $2,250. In our case it was even more
All hours were inflated. She just couldn't understand the math. The owner Called at 6:00 am threatening to call a collections agency even though we had paid the total corrected invoice she was verbally abusive
We asked if she had any friends that could help her with the math.
We felt sorry for her because she is trying to run a business without basic math skills and gets angry very quickly
Just read your bill before you pay it and have low expectations. This was definitely better than having no cleaning crew read more
