Service felt rushed, curt, and distracted while they focused on side work and closing tasks rather than hospitality. Then came the kicker: a server came to the table and casually informed us they didn't have cheese for the sandwiches. At that point, it's hard not to wonder how a restaurant runs out of something as basic as cheese.
