David was very thorough and talked us through the expectations for each item (some were sun-damaged and one had jean dye transfer) however we were delighted with the results. We were surprised to hear that many people do not clear a room when having a carpet cleaned and expect David to do this (I hasten to add, he was not complaining just saying how it adds to the time of a job) - come on people, give him a break and clear your rooms! Stains all over - some obviously from pets. Abbey came out at short notice to do the carpet cleaning. They were really great as they had to wait while we cleared out all the stuff they left behind. When they finished cleaning the carpets they looked really really good, so we didn't have to buy new ones. Thankfully they managed to get rd of the pet stains and smells. We have used them before and will continue to use them.
