I went with Fresh because I needed my beard and handlebar straight razored. Daniel (also the owner) did a great job and handled the blade well, giving me clean lines throughout. This barbershop should not get any poor reviews as Daniel told me he would personally address any complaint that any customer might have. I visit this area often and Fresh will be my barbershop from now on. I also read the poor review about no walk ins. The website clearly states "By appt only". After becoming sick and tired of the large chain haircut places butchering my son's head, I decided it was time to go to a real barbershop. This place's original location came highly recommended on Yelp and Google, so I made my reservations for me and my son at their second location due to the availability times being closer together. Nate (Maui) listened to what I wanted for my son and took awesome care of him. He was transparent through the whole process and did a fantastic job. This was our first barbershop experience with our 3 year old and we were blown away with the level of service by the whole entire shop. From the 1st greetings to the end of the cut, everything was top notch. My kiddo is on the spectrum and they knew some tips and tricks to help him along and get him through it because he normally really has a hard time at getting his hair cut. He must have felt good because he did really awesome!! Special thanks to Jackie, who did the cut. Not only did she do his hair perfectly, but really took her time with him and the cut.
