When you schedule an appointment they make you pay upfront (I am now out $60) because I assumed with their reviews they were worth paying up front, to secure both your haircut and the barbers time, it made sense. But it's nothing more then a scam, I tried to contact someone, and only got a response after 30 minutes saying they forgot to update their app and they were no longer available. I asked if they would refund me and they all together stopped responding. Don't trust scheduling with them, they will scam you!
