The people who work here are really nice but they just couldn't help me. I had my car serviced here twice and after shelling out hundreds of dollars the car was never really fixed when I left. It was very frustrating to pay for service and still have a broken car. Also they didn't back up their work. When I returned two months later for the same problem and said "hey y'all supposedly fixed this when I came last time" they fumbled and told me this was different but it felt like a lie. What can you do in that situation? They are very friendly but could not fix my Chevy. I ended up going to a local mechanic who got the job done. read more

Great experience purchasing a GMC pickup. Adam was knowledgeable and competent. I came over 200 miles to this dealership because they were honest and held their word. My local dealership were difficult to work with and do not value trade ins accurately. Fremont Motors were able to save me thousands will have my business in the future. read more

Our salesman was Mike Stone. Very professional and very courteous. He answered any and all the questions we had. He went with us for the test drive of the truck and pointed out all of the bells and whistles on the truck. He asked us non vehicle related questions and was not pushy in trying to sell the truck. When we got back to the dealership he offered us refreshments and apologized for the wait because of the paperwork. The dealership went above and beyond to assist us in getting a huge upgrade to a much more dependable vehicle. They worked with us on price and the down payment. Every salesperson was nice and engaged with us and we just wanted to say thank you to all. We recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle! read more

I made it to town and stopped at bobs repair. It was the end of the business day, but we made a plan to start fixing the truck first thing in the morning. The next morning, he fixed the problem, and Bobby at the counter worked with my warranty company. They took the stress out of the situation and made use feel welcome. Have a good shop in your town, but to have wonderful people as well is a gift. I wish they had a shop in my little corner of the world. I would not let another near my truck.

Seeing that I was going through Riverton, I found a review for Bob's on yelp, and thought I'd give it a try since I had nothing else to go by. I hope I get to go back and give Bob's more of my business in the future. Like most people, I feel really vulnerable at a new mechanic because they can start selling you a lot of stuff you don't need, and it's hard to know if you can trust what they're saying. These guys were really straight forward and very friendly. They looked at the car and gave me an honest evaluation. It sounds cliche, but it was like having a friend look at the car. There was no salesy push. In fact, they said everything checked out good and that they could do a little work, but I could wait 10,000 miles or so. Since a winter storm was coming, they even told me it might be best to keep going as to avoid the storm! Good guys! Thankfully, I went with that and missed a huge snow storm!
