The Fremont dealership in Lander was able to coordinate a loner from the dodge affiliate in Rawlins and facilitated a sale of a replacement F150 at Fremont motors. In spite of the accident the entire experience could not have been any better. The entire staff and our sales associate Hai, were excellent and made the process enjoyable. If i lived in Wyoming I would buy from them again.

On our way to Yellowstone, my husband and I hit a deer in the middle of the night, which banged up our car pretty badly. We thought our vacation was over when we were forced to turn around and spend the night in Lander (thinking the worst--that we would have to wait until morning and get a tow 5+ hours back to Denver.) After calling around to several other shops where no one had time to even check out our damage, these guys took us in, treated us like royalty, and after assessing the damage, assured us that with a new battery and turn signal, we could still salvage our vacation. Talk about customer service! These guys are really top notch, and if we lived closer, I would be giving my business to them now and in the future!

Have a good shop in your town, but to have wonderful people as well is a gift. I wish they had a shop in my little corner of the world. I would not let another near my truck.

Seeing that I was going through Riverton, I found a review for Bob's on yelp, and thought I'd give it a try since I had nothing else to go by. I hope I get to go back and give Bob's more of my business in the future. Like most people, I feel really vulnerable at a new mechanic because they can start selling you a lot of stuff you don't need, and it's hard to know if you can trust what they're saying. These guys were really straight forward and very friendly. They looked at the car and gave me an honest evaluation. It sounds cliche, but it was like having a friend look at the car. There was no salesy push. In fact, they said everything checked out good and that they could do a little work, but I could wait 10,000 miles or so. Since a winter storm was coming, they even told me it might be best to keep going as to avoid the storm! Good guys! Thankfully, I went with that and missed a huge snow storm!
