I have been a 30 plus years customer with Fremont motors. It's sad to say they have went to sh!t. I…read morebought a new Ford Explorer and right off the bat I had problems with it. There was a sensor that was bad. When they in there replacing it they cut into my wiring harness to replace a ford issue. I went and picked it up and drove it home. The next day I had the same issue. I called him up and let him know. They hired a guy to come pick my vehicle up on a car trailer and haul it back. Come to find out the place that they installed the harness a rodent ate through it that night. I have never had any problems with rodents, eating any of my wiring harnesses the 23 years I lived in this house. cost me over $1600 to have that fixed. While they were there, they went ahead and oil change cause it was due for the first one. Two days went to Las Vegas. The motor wasn't sounding right air-conditioning quit working. So I took a Ford dealership Come to find out when they did an oil change they put too much oil in it. When I bought this car at Fremont Motors they talked me into a $700. Windshield warranty. FYI you can't transfer this warranty and of course they don't tell you this when buying it as I traded it in on different car in vegas. FYI Ford care sucks as well. They don't give two sh!ts after the sale.

The sales representative Hai Gergin was outstanding. Working with the sales manager Jaysen was easy. We purchased the truck sight unseen and received a fair trade in value for our truck. After we agreed on the deal Hai offered to meet me in Cody (we are located in Billings). We meet in Cody (the truck was exactly as represented) and exchange vehicles and finished the paperwork on the spot. Hai listened and understood my concerns through the whole process. I cannot think of anything Fremont could have of done better.

The guys in Lander are very knowledgeable and man their integrity exceeds any other dealership we have ever dealt with. We just purchased a preowned Tundra from them in early July. There are three guys who guided us through the process this time and made it as seamless as possible. Dylan Puroll greeted us as we walked in, remembering us from last year when we popped in to look at their inventory Of preowned trucks. This man knows his way around vehicles of all types and was invaluable to us as we relied on his expertise on which vehicle would be a good fit for us. He is patient and reliably updated us through a unique set of communication circumstances. Garrott Smith is Service Manager and a straight shooter. Garrott bent over backwards the eve before a holiday weekend to make sure we left the dealership with a good vehicle and a good experience obtaining it. I trust this man! Sean Hughes in finance, made sure we had a seamless experience finalizing the deal and getting all the i's dotted and t's crossed accurately and efficiently at the 11th hour. Sean also made himself available for any issues we might encounter before we left the area and has followed through brilliantly! As a team, these 3 individuals are superb at what they do. I cannot place a higher recommendation on their job knowledge, courtesy and consideration. This dealership, on the whole is top notch! This review is coming from a woman who is very skeptical of most dealerships. Fremont Toyota in Lander has totally earned my trust and I will go nowhere else to buy another vehicle. Thanks guys

We gave him a check on 9-11-23 from State Farm for the amount of the repair not including the $100 deductible. The estimate was fror 5 days. Olsen took 11 days and cost us an extra $400 in car rental. He then told us we couldn't have the car unless we paid him $400 out of pocket claiming that it cost him more. He promised to submit to State Farm for the additional $400 but we had to pay him $400 right then to get our car. We paid him. It's been two weeks and he absolutely refuses to submit the claim. So basically he charged us an extra $400 for nothing. Would you do business with someone like this if you didn't have to? I also had to snap the interior in the back myself and buy a clip cover for the upper inside right of my car for $25. I wouldn't really call that quality work! The guy Dan or Don who actually runs the place is seemingly almost never there. What you get is a guy with a small child who looks lost. He has no answers and always tells you that you will have to get a hold of Dan or Don whatever his name is.

This would determine what kind of shop it would go to and if it's a warranty issue or something insurance covers. Seems easy enough right? Wrong. On a Friday morning they towed it to their shop and said it was no problem and would get back to us soon. Called them later in the afternoon and then they say they might not even be able to look at it until next week! On Monday I call and just explain that they just needed to look at it and get back to my insurance company with what they determine as they still hadn't looked at it yet. Which is all they needed to do is look at it! Finally they check it out! And it looks mechanical so there is nothing they can do about it and now it needs towed to Lander. I spoke with my insurance rep and she said that they would pay for the tow over to the other dealership. No problem. I call Olsen's on Monday afternoon and let them know it's covered by insurance and that I have an appointment on Tuesday at 1030 and asked them if they could get it to Lander for that appointment. They say sure and they will get it there first thing in the morning. Call them at 1000 on Tuesday morning and they are not even working on getting it over there because "they are waiting on insurance approval" and "don't have any tow trucks available". I call my insurance agent and she calls them back with the supposed approval they needed but they tell her it's only because of no trucks being available. They are constantly telling lies to different parties to cover their own tracks. Not once did they ever try to contact me or the insurance company if the delay was supposedly only because of needing insurance approval for the tow. Understandably, they are very busy this weekend because of the eclipse but it's impossible to get an honest consistent answer from this company. I'm here visiting family from out of state and by no means has this company helped the situation we are in currently. I would suggest going to basically any other company if you have a choice unless you are ok with your vehicle just sitting at their company until they feel like getting around to it. Horrible!
