This is a platform - I chose a quality carrier that was rated 5 stars by other Freight Run clients and had an excellent experience - note I got lucky with the Carrier and I am not rating Freight Run based on my experience with the carrier I picked, I am rating it with 5 stars because they MANUALLY reviewed by Bill of Lading that I submitted, that had multiple issues because I do not understand shipping and am not a professional - for instance, I do not understand NMFC classification numbers - so they patiently explained all that to me, so the customer service was excellent. read more

The key to using Fteight Run is to pick the best carriers there - NOT the cheap ones! Regular shippers such as ourselves leave Customer Reviews on FreightRun and clearly if you choose one of the better rated carriers such as XPO Estes New Holland etc that will determine your Customer experience more than FreightRun. I have fantastic shipping experience with FreightRun in large part because we insist on Quality Carriers. If I am shipping bricks and there is no deadline sure I can choose a one star carrier, but usually I care more than that so I always get a highly rated carrier, also the texts and tracking updates are better from those quality carriers than the low rated ones also. You get what you pay for - I just pay less than I do otherwise when I use FreighRun and they always help with issues when they do arise. read more

Absolutely the worst freight company I have ever done business with and I have been shipping freight for 30 years. Their text messaging is out of date and inaccurate. Their customer service is worthless and their sales reps don't have a clue when there is a problem with a shipment. Had a shipment picked up 21 days ago and it still has not arrived ! ! ! I've used them for the past 6 months for several shipments and not one has shown up on time (as stated on their website) but this last one is absolutely ridiculous ! read more

The website indicates which carriers have a good track record so I was able to pick a dependable one that wasn't too expensive. There are also a bunch of carrier reviews so it's pretty easy to find the right one. Everything arrived on time.
