Honestly, Pottery Barn Kids could have done a better job. It was also missing several components that required multiple emails to secure. Overall, for $2,700, the quality of the service we received was extremely lacking, disappointing, and subpar. Unless you're willing to hire them for the bespoke service, AVOID the e-design service AT ALL COSTS!!
