Luckily, one became available at the last minute at Bayview. We had understood we had until 6 pm on the moving day to get to the storage unit our daughter had reserved in Hoquiam. Halfway through the drive our daughter texted we needed to be there by 5 pm, which was not going to happen due to heavy traffic on the freeway. We informed our daughter to contact Suzanne, who graciously agreed to stay and greet us at 5:30 even though she had other obligations at 6 pm. We were a few minutes past the 5:30 deadline and worried that Suzanne would leave before we got there. But again our daughter contacted Suzanne who confirmed she would still wait for us to show up, acknowledging that we had had a very long day. To our great relief, when we arrived she was very friendly, gracious and welcoming. She showed us where the unit was so we could start unloading the rented truck. When my wife went into the office to sign the rental contract, she found out our daughter did not have a lock for the storage unit. Suzanne quickly solved the problem by selling us a lock at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Bayview Mini Storage for Suzanne's commitment to great customer service and because of how well we were treated. She never made us feel like she was inconvenienced because we ran behind. She was always professional and, we feel, went above and beyond to show how much she valued our business.

Then they changed their story, when I called them out on that, and said that the steel had to be at least a quarter inch thick or else they price it as tin. Nothing on their price sheet prices anything by size. Everything they pay for is listed by weight. They were extremely rude when I tried talking with them. First, they lied, then when I called them out on it, they cut me off, and then they got nasty and talked over me without wanting to listen.
