I left a message with his office staff to please have Doug call me as I'm wasnt very happy with my premiums and service. After waiting a week and a half I stopped by again and he wasnt in the office, I asked the girl I spoke with if she passed along my request for a call and was told yes and that she had spoken to Doug about our concerns yet Doug never bothered to follow up with a call. Well, I guess he didnt need or care about our business so I had my policies swithced to another Amarican Family agency. If you want to be blowen off by an agent that is too interested in finding new clients rather than follow up with existing ones Doug Proudfoot is your man. I bet this review wont even wake up the man behind the curtain to call me. My advise is to stay away from Doug Proudfoots agency, its a waste of time and energy.
