You might be thinking elated is a strong emotion for something like this, but that is how much I value Jeff and his team! The house purchase was a short sale. Briefly this means make sure you are a patient person. From all parties that were involved at some point, my short sale may be record book worthy. During this incredibly frustrating process I knew I had one consistent that I didn't have to worry about. That was Jeff and his team. We had more closing dates than I can count, yet Jeff and his team was always there for my calls or emails to push things out and make any changes necessary.
