I call the agency letting them know what was in the works and was truly elated to find out that Jeff also handles insurance across the border. You might be thinking elated is a strong emotion for something like this, but that is how much I value Jeff and his team! The house purchase was a short sale. Briefly this means make sure you are a patient person. From all parties that were involved at some point, my short sale may be record book worthy. During this incredibly frustrating process I knew I had one consistent that I didn't have to worry about. That was Jeff and his team. We had more closing dates than I can count, yet Jeff and his team was always there for my calls or emails to push things out and make any changes necessary. I really started feeling like that super needy annoying customer, but not from Jeff and his team. They were always at the ready and sincerely happy to help work through this frustrating buying process. I live that they will communicate through email. Companies that do this get a thumbs up from me! I often think of things in the middle of night and being able to shoot off an email instead if making a note or hoping I remember is important to me.
