I spent hours at the DMV, on multiple occasions. It was only with Karolina's persistent efforts on my behalf that I finally got this resolved. I am therefore very grateful to Karolina. I am very grateful to Josie as well and would recommend them both, as well as your office, to anyone! Many thanks, George

We chatted while we waited and kidded with the bank teller. This bank has bankers involved that have been in the business for many decades. I do all my commercial banking with them after they helped me start my business over 20 years ago and do this day I always have good experience. They have several good locations and are local. And unlike other banks do not seem ripe for a merger. The bankers here were in mergers and separated from all of that and take good care of their customers. And inside this bank you go to a desk instead of the teller for many of your transactions. That is a nice option and feels much more like a hometown bank which it is.
