If they come across a problem with my accounts or find any insurance coverage they think might be helpful to me they always call and offer me a chance to upgrade. For example, a bank quoted me a ridiculous amount for yearly homeowners insurance which would add an extra $300 a month to the mortgage and without even purchasing the new home, that same day, his office staff worked me up a quote which was 1/3 of what the bank was quoting me. Making the decision a lot easier. They keep continuing on doing a good job for me and my family.
