Just be a safe driver and it really pays to do exactly that. But you need an agent to do that not a computer. Mark isn't here to raise my rates to line his pockets out of greed like my previous insurance company Progressive did. Go directly to him, he is trust worthy and worth having a real agent not some computer AI. Don't be sold on flashy misleading ads like I was with Progressive, they lied to me and robbed me. They literally put me in collections illegally and raised my rates six times for absolutely no reason in the 7 yrs I was with them. Mark told me the truth that they are a high risk insurer and they robbed me. He showed me the truth and got me an even better insurance coverage then they ever offered me in the 7 yrs I was with them. The difference is clear and Mark has made me extremely happy! The tow truck company dispatched by Allstate Roadside impounded my vehicle instead of towing it to a body shop. Another tow truck company then demanded thousands of dollars for the vehicle to be released. Mark worked on a daily basis with the various Allstate departments to get a resolution where the vehicle was recovered with no cost to me. While I'm sure Mark was busy with other customers, I always felt like he was in contact with me, either through email, text or phone. This level of service has become less common after the pandemic and is a differentiator for me given the high cost of insurance. I appreciate Mark and his team, and cannot give enough thanks for all they have done. If you are looking for an agent you can trust, I would highly recommend Mark.

He claimed it was due to inflation, but I ended up switching to a different agent and I have better coverage for less. I let all that go but recently I got a call from my mortgage company. They called Ted's office (my info hadn't updated to the new agent for homeowners) and were told that I dropped my homeowners insurance. I have the same policy number, just a different agent. I know for certain they can see that I am still with them. It was very unprofessional. So glad Ted isn't my agent any more. My advice is find another agent if you go with State Farm.
