I believe she made a suggestion and I declined. Her service was amazing. Her smile contagious. The shut the wash down and had the other person pull further ahead and restarted the wash. It stopped pulling the truck along so I had to hit my brakes. And then had to drive out myself because it wasn't working correctly. I let the other drive at the office. No one was there. Some guy that works for the place came over was very condescending and talked to us like we were children. I asked what they were going to do about it, he said they aren't responsible for any damages. I will NOT be going back there or to any other Power Wash again. It was their fault and they know it's their fault. I will be contacting my lawyer as there is damage to my car.
