If English is not you're first language, then DONT TAKE YOUR TEST HERE…read more They make it particularly difficult by not offering the test in you're language AND they have all these silly requirements in order to bring in a translator. Why? So you can fail the test and pay them to take it again . For gods sake the room is monitored so what does it matter who is translating as long as the translation is in English? My girls have been working with me for 15 years. They know more about safety then most people on the planet but keep failing the test. Oh an their president suggested that if I post bad reviews, then the health department is going to be "be certain to give your business especially thorough inspections in the future". Great stuff from ORS

I wish I could give zero stars. I went to take a Salesforce test here. Half way through my test…read moreanother individual was brought to the room to take the test. The individual started coughing in a strange way every 10 seconds or so and also made some other loud noises from his chest and throat. I used the ear plugs to be able to concentrate, but the sound level was just too high and made the ear plugs ineffective. I went to the front desk and told them a coughing individual should be given a separate room during Covid times. The women at the front desk said no, and since I am the one who is complaining she will move me to another room, plus I don't need to worry about coughing because the individual is coughing because of exam anxiety. I said, well if the individual needs special accommodation due to their personal circumstances, they should be accommodated in a special room to be alone, but she insisted I was the one who was "complaining" and she needed to move me to another room. I agreed and she logged me out from my unfinished exam session and took me to another room where she was not able to log me back in. I saw some browser pop-up issues and I tried to help her but she refused to accept help or even to listen to me. She said she didn't know what pop-up is or what another browser is. I asked her how much time she needed to log me back in to my test and unable to do anything, she responded: "Sir, I feel threatened you need to step out of the facility and leave". Shocked with her reaction and knowing that no reasoning would work with her I left the room went to the waiting area and started calling test center help line to see what my options are for taking the test. She called the police and described me to the police as a "male person of color is threatening me". The police came and I had to leave because in Virginia a business can just request a patron to leave without even a reason. The staff prevented me from finishing my exam for which I had paid $400, took me out of the exam room to transfer to another room to continue my exam and was not able to do it. At the end instead of apologizing and trying to find a way by calling the test center hotline, they called the cops claiming untruthfully that I was threatening them. I asked the cops to see the camera footage and I was calm the entire time and was asking how I could continue my exam, the staff told the cops that she just wanted me to be removed from the facility.
