The lack of correct equiptment (water meter/ moisture gun)resulted in the plumber Cutting 4 holes in our roof with the problem leak still continuing. With a proper assement the plumber who never even enterted the bathroom the leak was coming from would have saved his time and my 350 dollars by realizing it was a wax seal issue on our toilet, which was confirmed from a different plumber within 60 seconds of entering the room. The company came recommended from a friend but i would never recommend their services to any one i cared about.
