Around 1 AM she called Four Ones to pick her up at my house. She asked how long it would take, they told her 15 to 20 minutes. Over a full hour went by and no one showed up or called. We know because we are watching out the windows. After an hour and a half of no contact, She called a cab company who actually gave a damn. This isn't here-say. I was there the whole time and kinda impressed that a company could give so little thought to the customers. I guess that's why they only have one star on yelp. They deserve less.

The few times I did use them, the cars smell like fast food. They play rap music. They don't help you if you have bags. One lady likes to tell you about her aches and pains and how tired she is and how little money she has made. I don't blame the drivers for not showing, it's the dispatchers. The total amount for the trip cost us a total of $48 dollars for a 2.6 mile drive. Even New York city taxis would not charge this obscene amount. I am appalled at how this company takes advantage of its users. However, my biggest sympathy is for the driver who did not receive a tip based on how poorly this company treats its consumers. I would rather walk through the fires of hell then use this taxi service again.
