I never received a confirmation email. At the time of the intake call, no one reached out. I called them. They had no appointment on record for me. They apologized, took a memo to pass onto another employee to contact and told me they would follow up w/me. Two days later I had to call back and then was told they are not taking new clients. This all happened in mid-Feb. I understand tax season is very busy for them and they can only process so many clients. I did not make the cut and am not mad about that. I am mad that the front office staff was not professional/organized enough to reach out and say so. They may know how to process tax returns, but they don't seem to know how to run a business.
