unprofessional un ethical disrespectful ZERO STARS. they will reach out to your beneficiaries using info you give in confidence in hopes to obtain more sales and push for a zoom meeting so they can put applications through on your behalf opening policies under your name without confirmation from you just to make a sale. only to leave you to file claims and fight for your money back. we trusted these people with our personal information and who knows what else will be compromised in doing so. CEO - Jason Lopes, will text you "i'm over it" when you're trying to rectify an issue by giving him a chance to make things right. he will lie and say "it's been handled" or "it's taken care of" only for you to find out that an active account and policy has been opened without your consent or authorization. he will also lie and say "your policy has been cancelled" but in the same breathe tell you "you can lower payments if you'd like" on a policy that's been supposedly cancelled. Jason opted for all policy documents to be mailed to himself, and authorized for policies to be drafted immediately after approval when he submitted apps on behalf of us without our consent KNOWING if we didn't know about policies being opened for however long that he would get the commission or sale for the policies. this was told to us by F&G which is the actual insurance company. MARIA - will question what you can afford and belittle you when you request for your funds to be returned when it was taken UNETHICALLY AND UNAUTHORIZED. she will make assumptions about your finances and even risk already established business relationships to make a sale. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. do your research, and don't trust them just because they may have worked with someone you know. give your time and wealth to people who have the ability to conduct themselves professionally and at a level that respects your value. they don't deserve compensation for sales that they push through without client consent.

Elizabeth Cardenas - State Farm Insurance Agent

Recently I discovered the saying is true, "There are worse things in life than death. Have you ever…read morespent an hour on the phone with an insurance agent?" I spent a few hours in total trying to resolve a claim where State Farm was attempting to put used parts from a similar vehicle on our car. The body shop doing the repairs contacted us about the attempt due to the damage that would need to be done to the part before installing it on our vehicle. I couldn't believe that my insurance company would even attempt this, so I immediately contacted my insurance agent. I never heard from Elizabeth, only a representative from her office. Next, State Farm attempted to use "after-market" parts instead of OEM parts from the manufacturer. Again, when I contacted my insurance agent, I spoke with a representative, not my agent, and asked if I could request OEM parts that come with a warranty and are made to the manufacturer's specifications. I was told that yes, we could, but that I needed to contact the claims department directly (which made me think why do I have an insurance representative if I have to do all the work), so I did, and was told by the claims department representative that a "supplemental" check would be sent to the body shop. After weeks of back and forth and the continued "we are working on it," the body shop was never paid for the difference between the "after-market parts" and the "OEM" parts from the manufacturer. I share this with you to be aware that the coverage you think you have is not necessarily what you actually do have. Insurance companies cut corners like many businesses these days. Without posts like this, you might never know what's under that fresh coat of paint. My wife and I chose State Farm Insurance because of the "local agent support". I was sent a denial letter from State Farm's claim department showing what they agreed to pay versus what the body shop had submitted for payment. Here is the lesson we learned the hard way. Unless specifically stipulated in your insurance coverage, be aware that when your vehicle goes in for repairs, the insurance company has the liberty to use a used part from a vehicle of the same year as your insured vehicle or an "after-market" part made from substandard materials with no warranty or made to manufacturer specifications. Unfortunately, we learned this lesson the hard way, and the body shop was out $950.00 in parts, not labor, for trying to protect our investment, as State Farm only pays what their claims department decides to pay, not what is in the customer's best interest. I am just thankful we used a body shop that was more concerned about our interests than my insurance company should have been.

Read my previous review for details of that experience. This is a review of how careless Erin and/or triple A was in closing the case. After paying me out for the damages their party caused, they sent a report to LexisNexis and failed to identify who was at fault (clearly not me). Fast forward to 2025, I received a letter from my current insurance provider stating i had a nonchargeable at fault accident because the report was incomplete. I called and worked with LexisNexis to dispute this and even they acted surprised an insurance company would make such a mistake to leave that information out on a report. This matters because the information on the report could have affected my eligibility and rates for car insurance for the several years that I was not aware of the incomplete report. It would not be hard for me to reach out to triple A directly to get an explaination on their carelessness. Stop messing with people's finances!

At a time when many big name insurance companies are still having settlement issues, even from as…read morefar back as when Katrina hit, it's wonderful to know that the other end of the insurance company spectrum can make one mighty proud and grateful that there is that other end. That other end that one can only find out about from first hand experience that one would surely have rather never had been forced to experience the hard way. Farmers/Foremost insurance is that other end of the insurance company spectrum. The one you can depend on, count on, when things go terribly wrong, and a comfort to know that you have standing guard when things are just fine. Maybe Farmers needs to change their logo to the militiaman farmer, a plow in one hand and a rifle in the other. Ready to serve in time of trouble. On 23 June 2016 my wife and I, along with our two dogs, barely escaped our home in the middle of the Erskine fire in South Lake, California. The fire swept through leaving nothing behind and with the burning embers floating in the air in a dark thick cloud of smoke I was the last one out after having failed two attempts to save our cat before it was too late. The losses where overwhelming and only after having fled does one begin to realize what all has been lost. Everything we ever had in our lives was gone. From our home to all our clothing, food, personal papers, my wife's wedding dress she stored so diligently, pictures, memories, everything. We were moved into a make shift refugee camp at the Kernville elementary school. The not knowing what the final loss was the worst part. It wasn't until the second day there that we found out that all was completely destroyed, but we were not alone. Hundreds of families had suffered the same fate and one family was lost in the fire. It's hard to have to relive those final moments, but the one other thing that made sure we were not alone in the aftermath was two dear sweet ladies from Farmers insurance. Allison Kitchen and Nicole Thompson. Two Angels that got the ball rolling and set us up immediately with the best Farmers insurance adjuster in the world, Geoff Dopheide. Don't ask. I couldn't pronounce his last name if my life depended on it so I just call him "Jeff". What I do know is there was someone up above watching down on my wife and I as he sent us the finest Angels to take care of us and quickly so. We had nothing but the clothes on our backs. The only food we had was at that make shift refugee camp that night and the next day, but the following day, and without discounting the Godsend of the first responders, the many volunteers, and donated supplies, the cavalry arrived with money, hope, and a place to stay with a roof over our heads. Farmers to the rescue. While Allison and Nicole took care of making the contacts, Geoff was setting us up for a place to stay, money for food, clothing, personal items, and running the numbers quickly to cover the finals for our loss. He saw to it that we were paid out the maximum of our insurance coverage and between FedEx'ing the checks and direct deposit, we had the means to at least start our lives anew within the second day of the fire. I'm too old to start over again, permanently disabled, and will never be able to replace all that was lost. No one could. However, Farmers insurance did everything humanly possible and then some to get us back on our feet and for all of their wonderful personalized timely service I can never repay them. There are lots of things that money just can't do, lots of things that money just cannot replace, but for the things that can be done and with a caring that one would might only expect from immediate family, there's Farmers, Allison Kitchen, Nicole Thompson, and Geoff Dopheide. (whose name I still cannot pronounce) Angels, one and all. All of our insurance is with Farmers at the Allison Kitchen's Farmers agency in Bakersfield, California. There it will always be. Our heart felt thanks, John and Gabriela Campbell
