Mueller to call me back only for her staff to disregard my requests. The staff neglected to inform Mueller that I needed to speak to her and discuss my recent health tests. On top of all this, C. Mueller told me that she promised to call me back with the results and never received any phone calls from her. Because of this, I am not going back to this office again. I am tired of being treated as if I'm annoying or demanding because I need information in regards to my health. Dr. Bachman also did not returned my calls due to the staff disregarding my requests.

Recently you added a PA to your staff. Her name is Christine Greco. I applaud you select tionna of adding her to your staff. She is very witty and smart. She brings a fresh new vibe to your office. Since she's more recently out of medical school I feel her knowledge is of great value to your group. Her knowledge of medications and there effects on a person are phenomenal. A even greater value and understanding I have with her as apposed to other doctors at your office is, she like me has problems with b disk herniation as I do. This knowledge and experience gives her a better understanding of my injuries and complaints she physically experiences them whereas some of your other physicians as they do not/have not had to live their life in constant pain and have no true understanding when I say I need you to increase the dosage or the amount of tablets I take daily. I feel they spend more time worried about a medical license audit or my dosages being what they THINK they should be but do not live in my body every day. They have no physical pain to base this decision on just what my height and weight say I should take. They have a real difficulty understanding my body needs higher dosages than they feel comfortable writing a prescription for. I've by personal preferences have chosen not to take certain medications because 9f the dude affects. First instance I have in the past taken garvapantan/norontin in the past. I stopped taking it because a side effect it causes is incontinence so instead of my doctor saying ok I understand why your refusing to take this medicine so let me offset it and increase your oxycodone daily amount or dosage level I get no true help and spend most if my days in pain crippling more than necessary if my doctor would simply understand based on my VARIOUS MRI's which obviously indicate a medical condition relating to disc bulges and herniation I'm told I can't raise it. Your my doctor. If what your giving me is not working isn't it your responsibility to follow medically what is necessary to make my life less painful and more productive? I'd I've already repeatedly advised my doctor I refuse to have surgery on my spine b Eva use it requires sedation and I had a traumatic experience relating to sedation/medically induced coma gor 6 weeks because after being placed in one of lost my identity. I have memory lose and after 3 years I was finally able to google the side effects of being in a sedation of a medically induced coma and it stated "permanent personality changes and the inability to get a grip". I refuse to be pit in the position again so it's life long pain management for me. No I not having spine surgery. Dr. Greco understands my position and is willing to work with me as I have stated. She's thorough she doesn't rush me making me feel like just another patient. She doesn't shuffle me in and shuffle me out. Dr. Kadish immediately responded to the E.R. from his home. My brother was brought into the operating room. They were able to remove the impaction with a combination of medication to relax the esophagus and with an endoscope. My brother did not need to be surgically treated. It was a lifesaver. My husband's mother had colon cancer when she was in her early 20's. In her 40's, she had another bought of colon cancer, as well is in her 60's. She did live until she was 80 years old, but with recurrence of colon cancer, it places all of her children at high risk. So my husband goes for screening colonoscopies every 5 years. The procedure is painless, as he is placed under conscious sedation. The procedure can be videotaped for future viewing if it has to be. The doctor (Fenster) and nurses are all very caring and take their time to answer all questions. Due to irritable bowel disease, I also go in for periodic check-ups and colonoscopies. The premises are very clean, the equipment is state-of-the-art and the personnel are very professional and compassionate. The front desk personnel are also very professional. I do not hesitate recommending this practice to all that need any type of gastroenterological care. Hemorrhoids, reflux, stomach pain, gas, rectal bleeding, etc. I feel like I am in very safe hands at this establishment.

Now, bc the federal govt can't pin it on the pharma opioid manufacturer, they're trying to pin it on the doctors unfairly.
