One time, ok it's an accident, things happen. But 2, it's the climate of the venue. Sold out shows, you're packed in like sardines. The waitstaff can barely get through, and it's so dark as you're being seated, every guest was using their phones to help light the way. Like what are we doing? That's going to be a safety liability. Parking was nice and easy and besides the dark void, seating was quick. And the performers deserve better. It's a great venue but small missteps add up and ruin the experience.

Just saw Mel Brooks "the Producers". First was the dinner. It has been a long time that we were somewhere that our server was also in the play and seemed so genuinely glad we were there.
