Need to second the person about the difficulty in canceling the account.
Went to France and signed up for what I thought was a 30 day prepaid plan.
Seemed like a good price and cell service was ok.
Came home, and 2 weeks later received another monthly charge from them.
Apparently, was put on a recurring prepaid plan....no problem, I'll just cancel.
Oh wait...looked online and found it impossible to contact them thru email or phone. (Need to use codes while having the Free SIM inserted, but I'm already back in the U.S. and am concerned that I'll be hit with additional charges.)
Called my credit card to reverse the additional charges, but they said I'll have to do this monthly if they keep billing me. We'll see what happens... read more
