Cindy has a wealth of experience and resources to share, and I really like her approach as well. She's very open, easy to talk to, and she tells me like it is-- which is what I personally need. We used to meet in person, but since the beginning of the pandemic, I switched to virtual video sessions, which have worked out quite well. I find that I get the most out of our sessions together when I commit to doing the homework and also trying the other resources and techniques she recommends. Cindy offers guidance and insight that I can really put to use-- not just for myself-- but also within my personal relationships and career pursuits. If you're looking to make some long-lasting positive changes in your life, and are willing to put in the personal effort it takes to make those happen, I wholeheartedly recommend that you get in touch with Cindy!

Orlando Counseling Services is an excellent center to receive professional therapy care from. The…read moreadministrative assistants (Julie and Victoria) are very responsive and helpful and do a great job of taking care of the business end of receiving therapy. If they don't answer your call right away, their return call to help you is always in a reasonably short amount of time. I see two therapists from Orlando Counseling Services (Amy Valentino for individual therapy and Makenzie Moffett for family therapy) and I am impressed with both of them. Amy is by far the best individual therapist I have ever had and I have been in therapy on and off for almost 40 years. Amy respects my dignity and self-actualization as a client; is not so arrogant to think she knows better than me as to what I should do with my own life; acts as a guide to make observations about things I can think about to make better decisions about myself; and is incredibly accommodating and generous with her time and energy to show care and concern for me and my mental and emotional well-being. As for Makenzie, she is very skillful at making sure my mother and I are both heard during our family therapy sessions and that neither one of us dominates the sessions and that we both get what we need individually and together from our sessions. She also works hard to provide additional resources to help both my mother and I based on what comes up in our family sessions. I am very pleased with the care I am getting from these two incredible therapists from Orlando Counseling Services. Randall Lieberman 12-24-2024

However, an interaction between Ms. Kimberly (the Adm assistant) and I has forced me to seek services else where. She literally insulted me over the phone regarding a very sensitive matter. It was very unprofessional, unkind, and unnecessary. She was out of line and saw no issue with her inappropriate statement. To add insult to injury she screened my calls when I made the attempt to call back (I ended the call after she insulted me). She purposely decline my call 4 times. On the 5th call she picked up and continued to address me in a unprofessional manner. I am both shocked and disappointed.

I was upset yet, after countless hours on the phone trying to prove these charges were erroneous, my credit card company ended up refunding me. A month or so later, I received a call from Courtney Hubscher, Groundworks owner. The company finally owned the mistake saying my credit card had been linked to another patient's account. So yes, this was finally resolved but not without a huge months-long hassle and hit to my credit score. I have been asked by the owner to remove this review. I choose not to as I think consumers have a right to know my experience and to take caution when choosing a therapy group.

I was in such despair and as a result, not only my mental health but also my physical health was taking a deep dive. Neytiri is VERY intuitive and able to dial in using different techniques. She has an AH-Mazing array of "tools" in her basket. The primary therapy we used for my situation was EMDR, it was life-changing. She tends to know which direction to go in each session, and she kept me on task, redirecting rather than allowing for diversion and delay. She has a gentle way of bringing about the truth and helping me to understand the root of the issues I was having and the mental/physical correlation to specific life events. Neytiri is down-to-earth, honest, compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. She offers ideas /solutions on how to best work thru issues we uncovered. In the end, it was always my choice how to proceed. She doesn't back down, yet she is gentle in her approach. She keeps it real. She is honest about herself and doesn't think she is, or portray herself as super human. Although I feel she has super powers! I do appreciate her and her unique skill set. I have seen 5 different therapists in my adult life, and never have I felt so accomplished and empowered thru any other therapy. She is simply the BEST! If you are looking for a life changing therapist, go ahead and interview her for your needs Thanks so very much Neytiri.

In my early years as a therapist, she showed me the ropes about how to really connect to a client's process, and I used this time to glean from her creativity and unique ability to think outside the box. Over the years, I have consulted with Melissa countless times, and her ability to cut straight to the core of the matter never ceases to amaze me. She utilizes any number of a hundred different techniques, engages her spiritual self, and even sets up her office to appeal to the five senses. She encourages paying special attention to the what the body is communicating to her clients, she helps her clients access deep places in the soul, and she provides a safe place to land during these scary conversations. She is, in one word, amazing. I have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Melissa. If you want to be surprised by the deep beauty within, find a way to spend time with her.
