The customer service is terrible. I dread going to pick up my prescription because I'm often met with an attitude. They've made me cry twice because my prescription was not filled, and they blamed me. Yet, the time before that, they blamed the doctor. I ask a question, and I get one answer. I ask the question again to someone different, and I'll get a totally different answer, and insistence that no one could have possibly given me the original answer. I've worked in customer service. I understand how exhausting it can be, but I wouldn't have dreamed of treating someone as rudely as they have me.

So this past Tuesday my husband called up to the store and asked if they had a specific tire in stock because online it showed they did. He was told by the sales associate they did in fact have 4 of that specific tire and they would put them aside with his name on them. They also made him an appointment for today. When we arrived at the store we were told the tires were a different type and the others had been sold. It's a complete mess there and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Not even if your desperate! No accountability whatsoever! No explanation given just dirty looks and excuses!​
