The day of the move came and I was provided a short window (much better than a lot of companies that give you 3+ hr long windwos). I was also given a reminder text, which is really helpful when you're into the thick of it. About 15min before my start time, my mover Patrick showed up. He was kind, joyful, polite, and patient with me as I asked way too many questions to feel better about the whole process (the stress of trying to move out, clean, get my deposit back, sell some items, and buy a house have really gotten to my mental stability lol). He explained what would happen, answered my questions, and had a smile the whole time. Everything he did seemed pretty thoughtful. Right on time, TJ (the second mover showed up). He too was very kind and had a smile first thing. He and Patrick worked well together, communicating, joking, and handling my items carefully. I felt like nice people that cared to help me were there to get my furniture out of my apartment. Past movers haven't been so pleasant. As I continued to bombard them with various questions and requests, they answered everything and when I was asking too much they gave me permission to direct them. I think that was a really humble and pretty subtle way to deal with my insanity...and I was impressed. All I can say is, if you need movers, these guys seem like the best rates and Russ, Patrick, and TJ were all great to work with. (Please provide them with raises. )

The movers parked their truck extremely close to our vehicles--approximately 10 inches away--and repeatedly squeezed between the truck and our cars, resulting in scratches to our vehicles. To make matters worse, they left without saying a word and made no effort to clean up after themselves. Every piece of packing material and furniture debris was left inside the house, totaling nearly a dumpster's worth of trash for us to remove ourselves. Throughout the job, the crew demonstrated a lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for our property. We expected far better care and customer service from a moving company. I agreed but I said I may not need the full two hours. Then the manager called me at 11:30 and asked if we can make it one. If you have Apple Maps or Google Maps. You can find it. Mind you all I need to move when one bedroom (vertical dresser, horizontal dresser, night stand, mattress/and box spring) and then two recliners. As they were moving, they broke one of the lamps in the living room. They said it just fell. I was angry but it is what is. They didn't even bring any shrink wrap to wrap the dressers to stop the drawers from coming out. No tools other than a dolly. Drawers were flying everywhere. Anyways, 3 pm rolls around and I said we are done because I have to leave. I told them since you were late and didn't start until 1:45 I only owe you for one hour. He said it was two hours and it was $200. I don't think I should have been charged the full $200 especially since they were late and they broke a lamp. End result I wouldn't hire or recommend this company.
