Problem in the last year or so is getting an appointment as you may have to wait an hour if you are a walk in. I like to have an appointment but many times nobody answers the phone when trying to make an appointment and the mailbox is full so one cannot leave a message. I say this as I am trying to make an appointment right now, no answer and mailbox full. Very frustrating.
