You would…read morethink a dealership in a rural part of the state would know that USPS doesn't deliver to all physical locations. It ended up taking them more than 30 days to get us the title. They would not get us an extension on the "drive out registration", even though the DMV said they could get us another one. Called the DMV and they basically said the dealership is lying to us and that the dealership needed to provide a means to be able to drive the vehicle legally. Aaron, the finance manager, told us to just drive the car illegally and not worry about it, that "you'll be fine". On top of these issues, they also tried to get me to sign a waiver of liability AFTER all of the paperwork was signed because they sold me a car with an unresolved recall that they did not disclose. They tried to pressure me into signing the document. This place is SHADY. I would never buy a car here again.

I am currently on an extended road trip and my vehicle told me when I started it up this morning…read morethat it needed an oil change. I wanted to stop somewhere I could stay in my vehicle for the oil change and this was the only location I could find within 100 miles that would allow for that. I also didn't need an appointment and could just drive up. That was exactly what I was looking for so I headed over. Both bays were occupied when I arrived and I was still in and out in under 30 minutes. I was able to remain in my vehicle the whole time and they even brought my dog a dog biscuit while we waited. They checked the tire pressure and refilled windshield wiper fluid and even let me keep the pen whe I signed the invoice. There were four gentlemen working and they were friendly and seemed to have great communication with each other. I just wish they had communicated with me about the service charge for using my credit card. I only realized they had charged me an extra 4% after I was long gone but they never explained that to me and I didn't see it posted anywhere. I would have paid cash to save on the fee if I had known. Also, the invoice I signed has the price they told me verbally which is the price BEFORE the fee but the stapled receipt shows they charged my card 4% more. Even if I hadn't had cash on me or another way to pay, this is definitely something that should be communicated to customers beforehand. It's a shame because I really felt this was a 5 star service and that the employees did a great job otherwise.
