I am a small business owner and Jason has been incredibly valuable in helping me make intelligent,…read moreinformed decisions to grow my operation in a positive, well-planned manner. Jason worked with me to negotiate the tangled web of legalese involved in my first professional contract, and ensured that a potentially negative deal turned positive. In short, he's welcoming, knowledgeable, and effective.

As with any matter where you will need an attorney, you should choose wisely. I not only called close friends and spoke to close family members about any personal suggestions and came up with a short list of people to talk to. I called about 8 attorneys, spoke at length with about 5 of them, met with three of them and then finally selected Jason. Jason was quick on his toes and his trial experience was very apparent when it came down to the different testimonies - Jason was quick on his toes with insightful and quick remarks that seemed innocent but were strong blows to prosecution's arguments. Jason's rate's were certainly competitive but he is certainly not a second tier attorney. His office is littered with awards and distinctions but he does not boast about them nor his winning streak (of over 14 or so wins/favorable outcomes at the time of my case and was still counting). I will certainly keep Jason on my contact list in case anyone I know needs any of his services. Jason was more than accommodating to work with my tight work schedule and agreed to meet in convenient locations outside of his office since it was much easier for me and then I did not have to take off from work excessively. My case lasted for months and I must have appeared in court about 12 times or so. Jason was patient and didn't try to rush anything, even though the longer it drew out the more time he had to spend. Thanks Jason!

Its taken me a while to get to this review. This attorney is hands down the BEST!…read more I have friends that are attorneys but no one could help me based on my case and their expertise. I came across Chris and went to meet him for his free 1-hour consultation. We discussed my case and he was charging about $500 more than a couple other attorneys. I ended up going with another attorney who was TERRIBLE. Funny but not funny thing, Chris was at one of my trials and sat in pain as he watched my attorney proceed as if she were on a mock trial team in High School...it really was that bad! So, my battle continued and I dropped my attorney and hired Chris! Chris is approachable and hilarious to me. He was always available by email or phone and would answer promptly. He showed up and showed out for my case. I mean he was on it. I felt like he was my older brother who refused to let someone take advantage of their little sister. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Hopefully, I will never need him again but he deserves this glowing review. Don't be cheap like me...he's worth every penny. I wish I had him the first time and maybe my case wouldn't have lasted for 2 months! Oh, and I guess everyone cares about outcomes...I got everything I wanted!

As an attorney, not only was Christopher victorious in obtaining the best possible outcome, he was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. I can't emphasize how important it is to have pleasant and friendly legal representation. From the onset he described the legal process in a clear understandable manor and helped put into prospective all options. I highly recommend Christopher with complete confidence.

I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing…read moreand financially draining. I hired her in September before reporting to prison to pursue an ineffective assistance of counsel claim against my previous attorney. During our consultation, she strongly criticized my former attorney, told me he did a terrible job, and even stated that the judge in my case was racist and that she planned to request that the judge be recused. Based on those conversations, I trusted her and paid an initial $15,000 retainer. Unfortunately, months went by and nothing meaningful appeared to happen on my case. No filings were made, no clear strategy was communicated, and I was left constantly trying to get updates on next steps. Then, after about four months, when I started asking questions, I was told I needed to pay another $15,000, which I did because I believed my case was still being worked on and time was critical. Then, only about two months before my appeal opportunity expired, I received another request for an additional $30,000. At that point, I declined. Shortly afterward, she withdrew from my case entirely and left me without representation during a critical period. My advice to anyone considering hiring any attorney is to carefully read the retainer agreement line by line and make sure every promise, strategy, or expectation discussed during consultations is clearly written into the agreement before paying large retainers. In my experience, the retainer was broad and vague and did not clearly reflect many of the things discussed during our conversations. I also strongly encourage people to do extensive research, ask detailed questions about billing practices, timelines, deliverables, and communication expectations upfront before making a hiring decision. In my personal experience, a substantial amount of money was paid with little to no meaningful progress made on my case.
