If you are seeking effective therapy to understand the 'why' of behaviors, and how to improve your life in general for good, I highly recommend Patrizia. However, this therapy is not easy. You must complete homework for Patrizia, and she will hold you accountable. If you want to learn more about yourself and are willing to put in the work, she is a great guide.
