It's hard to review a dentist... Let's face it, nobody likes to see him. However, I must say that this dental surgery have handled me wonderfully this last year. Unfortunately I found myself in a position where I needed quite a lot of dental work. First came the x-rays, which my dentist, Matthew Mullan, showed me and explained what I was seeing, and told me exactly what needed to be done. I was in for the magic of root treatment and a crown! Not what you want to hear, but better than having the toothache. During every session, Matthew would recap the plan and explain what needed done on that day. He would make sure that when I was in the chair and he was working on my mouth, he would explain exactly what he was doing and always checked that I was doing OK. Matthew would also tell me that if I needed to take a break, all I had to do was let him know. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but the care was excellent and my teeth look and feel great.

While hunting out places to purchase my extremely active and gardening made granny a 'real, proper…read moremassage' (as she calls it), I came across this place. They offer an extensive range of treatments to cure, or aid, almost anything. This includes: headaches; neck pain' sciatica; leg pain; joint stiffness; flexibility; fatigue; tension; shoulder pain; back ache; response times (what?! why?) and strength. Now, when a pretty clueless me went chapping I was warmly invited in by the staff. They then gave me tons of information and could suggest particular treatments with a whole host of slight variations to suit granny's requested needs. Despite, these needs being very vague, the staff put on a great show with their impressive knowledge. The prices did seem fairly outputting. However, it is worth keeping in mind that these treatments are on the more specialist side of things. So certainly, a decent place to go with although I opted for elsewhere.

PAYING IN INSTALMENTS FOR AN EXPENSIVE TREATMENT PRIOR TO TREATMENT…read more BE WARNED DO NOT TRUST OR GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT THE TREATMENT OFFERED (Which is completely within your rights to do) GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET YOUR CASH BACK. My son was paying for very expensive treatment for his girlfriend. On learning of an alternative and far more cost effective treatment (Which was not offered or even suggested by this Dentist) He advised them the treatment was no longer required and requested back the hundreds of pounds already paid to them. He has since made countless phonecalls asking for the return of his cash (He has every receipt proving payments to them) and weeks later he has still received nothing back. He has been given excuse after excuse...the favourite one being Sorry the Practice Manager isn't here just now and she deals with such matters...please call back again and so it goes on as she never seems to be there. He has even been told the money will be paid into your bank account within 5-7 working days which was also a blatant lie, it did not appear. He has asked repeatly for a return phonecall from her when she does actively turn up for work...weeks later no return phonecall has been received. Clearly common decency is not a quality she possesses as she can't even be bothoered as Practice Manager absent or not to deal with the situation herself. Then again why would she need to bother with it when there are 2 loyal receptionists there who are only too willing to tell blatant lie after lie on their behalf. Most reent phonecall made to them 18th October, just 2 days ago. Outcome...The Practice Manager deals with these things and sorry she has just gone on holiday, you will need to wait until she returns...call back in a few weeks. Seriously...a holiday for someone who never turns up for work or another blatant lie from their conscientiously challenged receptionist...keep up the great work, absolutely outstanding job pushing people to breaking point while ripping them off for their hard earned cash. Actually i will rephrase that...trying to rip people off is more fitting. So let me make it perfectly clear. I am absolutely not going away and i will continue to update on every single review site i can find with every further lie and blatant refusal by yourselves in the return of my sons money. This i can only hope will cost you far more both in your reputation and of course financially to a far greater sum than you have stolen from my son. Thank you. Just to be clear the one star was awarded in order for me to be able to write and post this review. My preference was none.
