These ladies REALLY are on top of current and fluctuating tax laws! They have done our returns for…read moreclose to eight yrs now. We keep coming back because they really do hunt down EVERY LITTLE WITHHOLDING (legal ones of course). They do a ton of questioning while putting in their personal time. Not to pry... but to find every penny for your $. I am an RN, Example: they asked "where do you launder yours scrubs for work?" I said "I don't. I wash them myself at home." They said "you are legally entitled to cleansing costs coverage. So if you wash them at home, there must be additional expenses. You surely don't wash them with the rest of your families clothes. So your use of extra electricity/water/soap should add up to $XXX" Everybody has a different income and withholdings, so I am just saying yours might not be how big my return was... but seriously ALWAYS between $6,750 - $12,888! I'm not leaving anytime soon!

Over the years, her support staff has also rose to the top and never once let me leave the office without a successful solution. Today Celene resolved and issue created by my primary house owners policy carrier. Furthermore, she realized the error and contacted me and the next day it was resolved with the insurance carrier ACKNOWLEDGING the error. Once again, superior service and without a ton of wasted time. Years ago, a large broker directed that our insurance carrier was no longer going to carry auto policies and directed us to Sunland and that is how this long term solid relationship began. Within a year all policies were shifted by Brenda. Note the big broker rep called when we cancelled our other policies wanting to know why. Simple answer - no service and now we have superior service call ended. Highly recommend this office for your insurance requirements.
