The association reached out(2-3x) and requested a call back inquiring whether they would be coming to shovel eventually or not. Nobody ever responded. Some of the owners ended up shoveling the several inches of snow for the entire walkway around the property so that the disabled and elderly had a way to get in and out of their condo and downstairs to their cars. To say we were disappointed with the company's lack of service and response is an understatement. Had we received a response in any way, my review may have been better. The charge for service is comparable for the area, but the quality of service and dependability is very poor.
