They were very good doing the forms and leveling however, they totally messed up the pour and sand finishing. We are left with pot marks in the concrete and NO uniform finish... with all types of flaws in the "sand finish", some milky areas, some flat areas with various color changes in our colored concrete and expansion cuts made randomly, some on a diagonal not squared up. After three days of working with power washers and power brushes trying to get a uniform finish, the owner said "I did the best I could" and packed it in, offering me a discount on the job. We are left with a hundred thousand dollar pool with a deck that looks like a couple of high school kids poured and finished using a leaf blower! I should remove the concrete and have it poured again. The owner does not know his limitations, proceed with caution or better yet find an experienced contractor.
