The office staff are professional and friendly and always prompt. Plus you are greeted by Boiler, the office lab! He will ask you to play ball with him and is great with kids. My annual visits are always smooth and there's a variety of frames to choose from in the office as well. Contacts are ordered there and can be shipped right to your house if you are ordering a large supply. Highly recommend Dr. Dininger if you are looking for an eye doctor on the south side and Greenwood/Franklin area.

Most recently, I saw Dr Welsh. She walked me through what she was doing and gave me time to ask questions. The glasses department is kind and helpful. There was a hiccup the first time I got frames here but they corrected it quickly. I love the glasses I got here last time and they've held up really well over 2.5 years, just some slight wear in spots starting to pop up after daily use. I had to get my eyes dilated instead of using their retinal imaging--which is really nice, thorough, and convenient--because it would've been an extra $44 and I wasn't aware of that ahead of time. But dilation was easy peasy and didn't even last that long for me so not much of an inconvenience. The bathroom and waiting area are a little ho-hum. They could be cleaned a bit better; it was noticeable but not horrible. Exam rooms and equipment, however was very clean and well kept, which is arguably more important. They do accept Medicaid here--at least most of their current eye doctors do! Care can be hard to come by so that's a plus for this location. I'd come back here for my eye care needs, and likely will in the future.

I was working and have a job that requires 100% of my attention. I called them at 4:30 after my work day and they informed me that they gave my appt away. The lady I spoke to said sometimes they're online appt verification doesn't work and since I didn't answer the phone they during my work day they gave my appt away. They couldn't reschedule me for a Saturday appointment until the following month. Needless to say this is not the type of office I care to give my business to. This would have been my first appt here as I had perfect vision until recently.

I had to get a follow up and they were able to get me into an appointment on the same day that I called. I got an eye exam here and Dr. Richard was awesome. Her very nice, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in great detail and made recommendations, but did not try to up sale me. My experience here was very pleasant and positive. I was given the VIP treatment and they far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend checking this place out for your vision needs.

They were a well oiled machine. Then we met with Jadyn, the Optician. My wife Jackie and i both enjoyed talking with her and understanding new trends and eyewear we may prefer. Jadyn was so attentive and just interested in us. She was a good listener and let us know she heard what we were saying in a very courteous way. Jackie plans to purchase several pair of glasses, both prescription sunglasses and the regular inside pair. From here on out we will be going to Vision Quest and asking for Jadyn, when we need new eyewear.

However, there have been some extremely frustrating hiccups that should have never happened. The biggest issue that I take with this location, is that they do not have proper knowledge on the correct frames or even fitting those frames, for a 1 year old needing a very strong (thick) prescription lens. Many caregivers are depending on them to guide them when experiencing this for the first time, and they were not able to do that. This resulted in receiving glasses that were entirely to big and they couldn't hold the lens in place well enough either. While they tried their best to be helpful in reordering the right type, something went wrong with the order and the wrong glasses were sent to their office. Thankfully her mother ordered a second, backup pair that can be used in the meantime. However, they are not the durable, non destructible type like she needs for everyday wear. Quite a frustrating and expensive ordeal.

It's hard not to write a 5 star review when we owe our child's sight to this place!…read more We came to find out that our child needed nearly immediate surgery... and by God's grace we picked this place from a list supplied by our pediatrician... and we were assigned a doctor... and couldn't have been any luckier than to have been assigned to Dr. Daniel Neely! The staff is pretty great here... as mentioned, we were very lucky to have such a great doctor in Dr. Neely. He knew right away that my child needed surgery. He had great way to comfort me in my shock, by saying things I didn't know I needed to hear at the time... such as "this is nothing you did, it's just back luck" (as my child was still a baby). And reassured me that he'd do his best in surgery and if we did our part with patching, our child wouldn't likely have nearly perfect vision after this! The assistants have always been very sweet and patient and kind. But the receptionist aren't usually all that friendly, but they get the job done... The facility is clean. The bathroom is far away, across the hospital. The wait is usually at least 20 minutes past your appointment time, and we've had to wait past an hour at times. The pediatric glasses shop in here is THE place to go, don't shop around, THIS place knows it's stuff and you won't find better knowledge nor service anywhere else.
