They had us come right over and the technician, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us several tips, and did a complete system check and found no leaks, but did find what had caused our problem. So when you hook up your tanks, be sure to always hook them up completely and don't leave the little coupling unattached. Something my husband never did until this last time changing out the tank. But that is what caused our problem. They even spent some time checking our slide out, which wouldn't open and gave us an idea of what it should cost and about where we could go to get it fixed down the road. They were very reasonable and mostly for us gave us an incredible of mind. Thanks again, guys for all your help!

When we arrived in Whitehorse we went to one of the larger RV dealers. They said that I probably had a bent axle but they couldn't look at it for at least two or three weeks. This was on Friday June 1st. On Saturday I spoke to John at Fireweed RV and he confirmed it was probably a bent axle. He said they could get me in on Monday and should be able to have us on our way by Wednesday at the latest. We took the trailer over Monday morning and because of a cancellation they thought they could get us going that day! John called at 1:00 P.M. that day with a couple of options; the axle was bent but they didn't have the exact replacement in stock. The welding shop he sent it to felt they could straighten it and get us on our way. That's exactly what happen and we were on our way later that day. Thanks to John and his staff we were able to finish the rest of our holidays and make it home with no issues. Great service, friendly staff and reasonably priced you can't ask for much more.

I started calling and leaving messages if I reached an answering machine. I had one company that didn't wasn't able to help and suggested I call Philmar. I left a message and Marianne called back and left details about what she had on hand. Of course the water pump did fail on Sunday while we were in Carcross. We made an early morning run up to Whitehorse in the toad, purchased the water pump, drove back to the RV drove down to Skagway and were able to get the pump installed quickly! If Maryanne hadn't taken the time to return my call and leave a detailed message. We would be in bad shape now. The price might have been high, but most importantly it was available when it was needed. Maintaining supplies for just in case need is costly and we were happy to pay.
