+5 stars for excellent customer service, very nicely laid out rooms, and of course, location. The price isn't bad, either considering you essentially get a studio apartment. It looks like this hotel has recently been upgraded. Everything appeared new from the beautiful wooden doors with unique hinges to interior wood paneling and fixtures. There were some nice appointments to the room such as the mobile Handy phone (free calls and data), Nespresso, and L'Occitan toiletries. Towels were large and absorbent! The hotel is probably on the medium size end and the customer service was highly attentive. You definitely get a boutique feel upon entering. The elevators were never crowded yet the hotel was sold out. The only amenities I would've hoped for were a bathtub and not having to pay for extra Nespresso pods and tea bags. Regardless, I'd be happy to go back and highly reccomend the place! read more

A very pleasant place to stay and a great value. When we looked into accommodation for our time in Geneva, there seemed to be a plethora of hotels on the high end but not much in the middle, and the middling one appeared to be quite expensive for what they appeared to be. Fortunately for us, Fraser Suites advertisements kept appearing and we decided to book these "serviced apartments," for our stay. The description "serviced apartment," made me think of a drab accommodation for business people on extended stays. While, these are very conducive for extended stays, there was nothing drab about them. These were well decorated, well furbished studio apartments with kitchens and bedrooms that could be separated. We had large windows as well and there was definitely a modern style to the place. There was always someone friendly and knowledgeable at the front desk who gave us recommendations and even provided us with a free pass for the metro. The apartment was cleaned once a day, as would have been typical for a hotel. The location was central and walk-able to most sights in Geneva. read more
