This led us to Schell Hearing Aid Service in Tawas City. Don Schell sat down with us, he asked us appropriate questions concerning our hearing problems, was patient, friendly and helpful. He then administered a hearing test to determine what each of our respective loss was. After confirming that we each had hearing loss that could be helped with hearing aids he patiently explained all the various types of devices and their pros and cons. We really like the relaxed, friendly way he handled the whole process. He gave a price that was far better than we expected, he allowed each of us a 30 day trial period and provided batteries for the entire period, he explained the typical life of a hearing aid battery and took time to show us how to care for them. He assured that he was there for us if we had any questions or concerns during the trial period and made good on those assurances. Ultimately, we both purchased our hearing aids and are completely satisfied. We recommend Shell Hearing without any hesitation or reservation.
