The shop is not huge but has a solid selection of pipes and a very good selection of pipe tobacco. It looks like it also has a well-stocked humidor, but I didn't go in. The shop is very orderly with dark wood and pleasant lighting. The gentleman who greeted me spoke perfect English, which is absolutely not an expectation, but I'll admit made my experience rich. He was very helpful and patient as I looked through their pipe options, eventually settling on one of their own branded pipes, a beautiful hexagonal shape, complex grain, with aluminum ferrule for a very reasonable 99€. While I was there another employee was patiently teaching another customer how to smoke his very first pipe. The fellow helping me helped me also find a purchase two different tobaccos to take home. That said the two Vietnamese-German ladies that helped me and my family were kind and knowledgeable about their products. My kids and I got some well-priced and gorgeous jewelry and I got myself a new glass pipe with an awesome snake winding around it. The customer service person even wisely suggested a screen filter set for when I smoke hash in said pipe. We ended up chatting for a while about being immigrants from continents far from our own and the challenges of keeping up your native language skills. It was a great way to just connect with like-minded locals. Seriously if you like Asian jewelry and artwork or need new supplies for your consumption of Cannabis (if you're lucky enough to live in a place where it's legal) AND you're in Munich you owe it to yourself to come here.
