I can attest it looks just like I remember it in the 80s. And in the 80s it probably looked like it did in the 60s. Of course it's family owned and operated. The place is clean as a whistle, and the shelves are stocked. They actually still stock shelves here. They don't just roll out a pallet of boxes and leave it like they're feeding refugees. One word of warning. I've noticed this over the years. The ladies that do the checkout up front aren't always bubbling with excitement for you to be there. Don't expect much in terms of smiles or thank yous or you're welcomes. It's probably something leftover from their German ancestry. Most times I go through the line they don't say a word at all.
